The Management of PT KAMPUNG SAMPIREUN RESORT & SPA , herewith we confirmed Reservation policy ( Term & Condition ) as follows.

1. Reservation can be made if 50 % Deposit from One night charge is received.
2. Transffered slip must be fax to 0262 542 188

1. FIT ( Personal, Company, Travel )Reservation advance,  can be made & confirmed if 50 % Down payment from One night charge or Guaranteed Letter    is received after one day  reservation.GIT ( Group ) Reservation advance, can be made & confirmed if 50% Down payment from the total Payment is received 3 weeks prior to arrival. Otherwise ,reservation  automatically cancelled.
2. To Travel Agent :  ( Pre – Payment ) FIT Reservation  can be made & Confirmed if the voucher is received ( via fax ), also full payment must be received 3 days prior to arrival.  
   GIT ( Group ) Reservation can be made & confirmed if 50% Down payment from the total Payment  is received 3 weeks prior to arrival . Otherwise ,reservation  automatically cancelled.
3. Transffered slip, Guaranteed letter, Voucher  must be fax to 0262 542 188
   
   Urgent reservation :

• No transfer Deposit for walk in Guest, one night full payment must be received upon Check in.
• To travel Agent, Voucher have to be sent on that day , and full payment have to received on that day or one day at the latest after guest departure.

Cancellation  &  Alteration policy

GIT :Cancellation should be applied within 2 weeks prior to arrival.
FIT : Cancellation should be applied within 7 days  or 3 days at the latest prior to arrival
Special for new years Eve : Cancellation should be applied within 2 weeks prior to arrival.  
100% one night charge for no show on the check in date
50% from the room rate booked   if the hotel notified less than time limit mentioned.

Week Days / Week End Period/Peak season period
The Hotel will charge 20% administration fee from Deposit transferred for any cancellation applied before time limit mentioned above. Balance deposit will refund.
